 *I put my $1M+ property on the market in Scottsdale after the big run -up in prices was over! Bruce listed my home & marketed the property in a very professional manner. He held open houses & was able to quickly identify the "Buyers" objections. He told me buyers were objecting to the Road (Happy Valley Rd.) that ran behind my home & also to the small backyard. He pointed out that he couldn't do anything about the Road however, mentioned that the lot was actually much larger than the area we had fenced & landscaped. He then found the property line pins & marked the lot perimeter with stakes & yellow rope.
